Your staff was excellent to work with Cassie and Carolyn are the best and you should pay them more!!!!! Thank God for good workers like them.. I will be buying more of eveything you sell because of those ladies!!!! A very HAPPY Customer!!!!!!!!!!!!!

searching for the correct form is not the easiest thing on your site.

Your web site could use some improving. I am a repeating customer so I know what I'm looking for and understand exactly what the software is and the quantity of forms that are included in the package.

Improve the website to make the selections clearer.

Send an e-mail reminder to existing customers with their previous shipment details and ask if they need to reorder the tax forms.
Your product description was excellent. I was ordering for Quickbooks and had to make sure everything would work with Quickbooks.

I've slept a lot since then, but I seem to remember your website's being a nightmare, so I had to call in the order.
I was completely satisfied with everything.
Have packages of forms & corresponding envelopes for sale together.
My order was not correct. Sending the correct forms the first time would be helpful.

There is some confusion between the ordering and the shipping of single items. Example: I now have -- left over -- 24 packages of item #5100 from Order #8226534. I'll be glad to ship them back to you, if you would like them. Either the ordering instructions or the "picking" instructions were unclear.

It seemed a little hard to find the correct forms I needed but I plan to order from you again. The price is right and I received them promptly.
I could not locate the tax form I needed online for 2005 and had to search all over for 2006 form. Perhaps an option to search for forms by number for those who know waht they need.
I was happy with your response. I see no need to change the way you do things.

Include 2 of the transmittal forms in the package deals. A little more clarity on which version we are receiving on the employee forms.

Except for a little faster delivery, I do not know how to improve service. Even the delivery is fine considering that I would not have paid more for faster delivery.

make the single tax forms on one complete page by themselves and the kits on one page by themselves. Not everything on one page. Muliple pages are always easier to navigate through.

Can you make smaller packages of tax forms? Small companies don't need 50 forms. Most of the ones I do books for needed less than 20.
By offering smaller quantities. For instance, we only needed a handful of 1099 Interest forms, but had to purchase a quantity of 100 forms. We did not see any of these particular forms available in qualtities of less than 100.

I did not have any problems

The site was somewhat confusing as I had to look and look for the correct form. Once I found it, I was concerned that it may not be what I needed as it was hard to discern from the small picture and the vague discription. If you would provide more detailed descriptions and/or the ability to see a large version of what is being described, I think the confusion would be reduced greatly.
